The Person Behind the Process

Jason Allen Shepelrich is a Florida Native who was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998.  Before moving to a full time Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, Jason litigated a wide range of cases including real estate disputes, contracts, business, insurance claims, construction, personal injury / wrongful death and family law matters.  When not in the courtroom, Jason handled legal services including commercial document drafting, review and revision of leases, guaranties, easements, association documents, mortgages, promissory notes, local government requirements, corporate sales and transactions, liability reviews, management assistance, mitigation, and proactive strategy guidance.
